A Keller, Texas, financial adviser accused of mishandling millions in Texarkana College employee retirement funds has been granted a bail reduction in exchange for computer passwords and cooperation.

“In exchange for Brian Troy’s cooperation, we’ve agreed to reduce his bond,” said District Attorney Bobby Lockhart.
