MAGNOLIA, Ark.—Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s visit earlier this week to Southern Arkansas University brought an invitation for SAU to establish a bilateral fund for research and development in agriculture and biotechnology.

Olmert said it would be a great partnership between the Arkansas university and Israel’s Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
