Halloween night all registered sex offenders from Bowie, Red River and Miller counties must report to the Bi-State Justice Building, officials said.

Registered offenders will be required to be present from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., said David Rodgers, community supervision officer for the Bowie and Red River counties probation office. A therapist will on hand, turning the reporting into an extended group session.
