TAC Energy, a division of Truman Arnold Cos., has announced the acquisition of Tulsa, Okla., based Fuel Managers Inc.

FMI is a wholesale fuels business operating in 18 states. The acquisition was effective Oct. 31.

“This proactive move is part of our overall growth strategy,” said Greg Arnold, president and CEO of Truman Arnold Cos. in a written statement.
