About 40 human resource directors got a chance Tuesday morning to imagine what their working life would be like if they were disabled.

Rodney Klein, outreach and training manager with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s San Antonio office, said there are reasons why the professionals at Tuesday’s seminar “chose” the particular disabilities they did.
