Pedro Ortega with R.K. Hall Construction operates a pad foot roller Thursday afternoon at the Texarkana Regional Airport. Work crews with the local firm have started work on resurfacing the Texarkana Regional Airport’s Taxiway B. Earlier this year, the airport received nearly $800,000 in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds for the resurfacing project. Work should be completed by Christmas.
