The Texarkana Independent School District will host a seven-week parenting training program to be held at Spring Lake Park Elementary School beginning Monday.

Designed by the Love & Logic Institute Inc., the workshop will provide parenting skills that can be put to immediate use with their children. Parents and guardians will learn what type of parenting style currently used in the home, what techniques will and will not work with children, and “great comebacks every parent should know.”
