State’s high court to hear Turk caseOpponents argue coal-fired power plant would cause environmental damage
The Arkansas Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on the John W. Turk Power Plant near Fulton beginning at 9 a.m. April 15 in Little Rock.
The case, Hempstead Co. Hunting Club, Inc. and Schultz Family Management Co. v.
