New Boston, Texas, homeowners interested in saving on electricity costs can get free advice this month.

The Prairie View A&M University’s Cooperative Extension Service will offer a one-day lecture on “How to Save Money on Electricity Costs” 4 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. March 22 at the Christian Coalition Unity Building.

The building is also known as Peach Building on Daniel Chapel Road and is next to the New Boston alternative school.

George Otwell, an electrician from Texarkana, Texas, will be the featured guest speaker.
