Texarkana, Texas, has created an online questionnaire to help prioritize drainage problems, part of an ongoing plan to address storm water issues.

“This questionnaire allows residents to submit drainage issues they may have or know about, so the information may be recorded and prioritized for possible future improvement,” said Kyle Dooley, city engineer.

The address of the drainage issues and an accurate description of the problem are necessary for the questionnaire.
