College Baseball: Bulldogs suffer loss to Galveston

BRENHAM, Texas Chad Massengale admits Texarkana Colleges stay in the Region XIV baseball tournament will be short-lived if the Bulldogs play today as they did Saturday.

TC, the tournaments top seed, saw a ninth-inning rally fall short against Galveston College, which handed the Bulldogs a 6-4 defeat, forcing them into an elimination game against Paris at 10 a.m. today.

‘We have a chance to beat Paris unless we play like we did today’ said Massengale, interim head coach at TC. ‘If we do, we dont. We came out flat, and we didnt deserve to win this game.
