Local youngsters shine at Junior 4 States

Local golfer Tyler Norton claimed second place in the 16-18 age division with 77, while Texarkana’s Eric Osburn tied Atlanta’s Mathew Miller with a 79 for third place.

Cole Halter of Mount Vernon won the 14-15 division with a 75. Keefer Winn of Paris was second at 80 after tying Texarkana’s Zach Looney and winning a playoff.
