Wright Patman: Water lightly stained; 69-74 degrees; 17.59’ high. Black bass are fair to good on spinnerbaits, Texas rigs, Stanley Frogs and shallow running crankbaits. Crappie are fair to good on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers. SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS Millwood Lake: Over half of the bass have already spawned over last 2-3 weeks.
