GURDON, Ark.—Prescott’s junior girls won 10 events Wednesday and cruised to the 7-3A championship with 247 points. Genoa Central followed with 158 and Gurdon was third in the seven-school field with 90.

Other schools competing included Centerpoint, 62; Lafayette County, 26; Fouke, 20; and Bismarck, 6.

The Wolverettes’ Kiara Whitmore won individual high-point honors with 42 1/2 points. She won four gold medals, setting meet records in the 200 (26.3) and triple jump (32-2 1/2).
