BASEBALL: District 11-4A champion Texas High and Highland Park will play a best-of-three area-round baseball series Thursday and Saturday.

The opener will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Highland Park. The second of the series is scheduled for Texas High’s diamond at 1 p.m. on Saturday. If a third game is necessary it will follow approximately 30 minutes after the first game.
