NASHVILLE, Ark.—Jamie Fleming scattered four hits, and Abby Rayfield singled in the only run of the game as Ashdown advanced to the Class 4A state semifinals with a 1-0 victory over Clarksville Saturday.

Fleming struck out nine and walked two for the Lady Panthers (22-11).

Shalie Day walked to start the second inning and was sacrificed to second. Rayfield, who was 1 for 2, ripped a single into right field to plate Day.

Morgan Thrash and Sydney Tipton were both 1 for 3 for the Panthers.
