ACORN, Ark.—Trinity Christian’s girls track team won the school’s first state championship Tuesday at the Class A meet.
The Lady Warriors piled up 99 points to sneak by runner-up Guy-Perkins’ 95.
“This is huge,” said TC coach Jeff Haynes. “For these girls to be part of school history is just something to really be proud of. We only had one first place finish, and the girls just went above and beyond today.”
