NASHVILLE, Ark.—Nashville’s defending state champion boys track team doesn’t figure to be among the leaders today when the Scrappers host the 4A State Track and Field Championships.

Nashville’s girls are also defending a state title, and could challenge again.

Competition begins at 11 a.m. with half of the field events. The boys will be competing in the triple jump, high jump and shot put, while the girls participate in the discus, long jump and pole vault.
