Collins, Berry earn honors at state tourney

Trinity Christian’s Duncan Collins and Bryce Berry have been selected to the Class A State All-Tournament Team.

The Warriors lost to league-rival Taylor in last Friday’s state championship game, 12-2. It was Trinity Christian’s second straight appearance in the title game.

Both Collins and Berry enjoyed spectacular seasons, with Collins batting .513 during the regular season, and Berry flirting with the .400 mark.
