Arkansas High’s Courtney Blair was recently honored at a track and field presentation in North Little Rock. She received a plaque for being one of the top five fastest girls in Arkansas.

Blair was a Class 6A-South champion, a Conference 6A champion and was the school’s track MVP. She set a record at the conference meet in Lake Hamilton in the 400 meter event, posting a time of 56.4.

She plans to attend the University of Arkansas in the fall to study computer science. She is the daughter of Johnny and Rosie Blair.
