State champions

The X-Plosion recently won the USSSA 10-under B Texas state championship, qualifying for the World Series at Panama City, Fla., in the process. Team members include Whitney Howard, Ashley Bellote, Alex Harris, Jamie Johnson, Aubrey Ashby, Kim Atienza, Madison Oliver, Kalee Polson, Shalee Brantley, Abbey McMillian and Hanna Hardin (not pictured). Coaches are Robbin Dillard, Bubba Ashby and Jhune Atienza.
