The 13-year-old Texarkana Sox claimed a come-from-behind victory over the North Texas Astros, 9-6, to win the Texas USSSA State Baseball Tournament. They completed the tournament with a perfect 7-0 record in the 31 team field and will be competing today through July 20 in the World Series in Pace, Fla.
