Tiger Woods’ famous instructor was in Texarkana to witness the final round of the 2008 Century Bank Rising Star Open.

Haney was on the edge of his golf cart seat during the dramatic conclusion that had rookie Brett Lederer winning in a playoff with David Jenkins, but it was even more obvious the Texarkana Golf Ranch’s owner sat in awe of his creation.
