Zach Fowler’s appears primed and ready for the upcoming Texas American Legion state tournament.

Texarkana College’s lanky southpaw started and won his second decision in three days Tuesday at Pleasant Grove’s diamond as the Red River Credit Union Indians (25-11) literally waltzed past the TEXAR Razorbacks (5-13), 14-4. Fowler hurled a five-inning win last Saturday in Shreveport.
