BATESVILLE, Ark.—The Texarkana American Legion Junior Razorbacks regained their winning ways Friday in the Arkansas state tournament behind Trey Selph’s solid pitching outing.

Selph hurled a complete-game five-hitter while striking out seven to lead the Hogs past the North Little Rock Colts, 8-3. The southpaw improves to a perfect 9-0 on the mound.

Josh Stringfellow belted a 2-run homer in the sixth and added a single to pace the Hogs at the plate. Matt Warner contributed a double and a single, and Daniel Thompson and Justin Mosbey each finished with a pair singles. Log-In to view full story or view our Registration Guide.
