Texas High’s Nathan Sorenson threw for 305 yards and three touchdowns, all to Cobi Hamilton, who had 6 catches for 202 yards and TDs of 47, 59 and 70 yards in the 42-14 rout of John Tyler.



Honorable Mention

Sophomore RB Kody Sutton had 70 yards on 12 carries to lead Texas High rushers in his varsity debut.

Liberty-Eylau juniors Marquez Clark and Josh Webster both rushed for 79 yards and scored twice. One of Clark’s touchdowns came on a spectacular 82-yard kickoff return.
