Pleasant Grove knocked off White Oak in varsity volleyball action Friday at Hawks Gym to improve to 20-8 on the season.

The Lady Hawks won the match in four games, 26-24, 16-25, 25-22, 25-22.

Haley Herrington led PG with 13 kills and 7 digs, and Haley Cox contributed 15 kills and 15 digs. Carly Coopwood finished with 7 points, 28 assists and 6 digs, and Brittney Rice chipped in with 7 points, 5 kills, 4 digs and 5 blocks.

PG’s Sarah Ramsey added 16 assists, 3 kills and 7 digs, and Claire Northam had 9 kills and 3 blocks. Molly Minton finished with 10 digs. <...
