Brad Goethals won the fifth annual Texarkana Golf Association’s City Championship Sunday with a 54-hole score of 220 (5-over-par).

The final 18 holes of the tournament were canceled at Texarkana Country Club after Hurricane Ike’s winds caused extensive damage to the course.

Gary Wright finished second at 223, with Chase Dixon third and Alan Blankenship fourth.
