POTTSBORO, Texas—Sophomore Sean Romero placed second in the medalist competition and helped Pleasant Grove’s Gold team finish third in the Denison Stinger Invitational at Tanglewood Resort.

Lewisville’s Pat Russo fired a 2-under-par 70 to win the medalist title and help his team win with a 306 total. North Lamar was second at 307, with PG Gold shooting 329, and PG Black placing fifth at 342.
