BENTON, Ark.—Arkansas High retained at least a share of first place in 6A-South Tuesday as the Lady Backs outlasted Benton 24-26, 25-18, 16-25, 25-22, 15-6.

AHS (11-2, 4-0) was led by junior Chrisstasia Walter with 12 points, 16 digs and 8 kills. Valesha Starks had 12 points, 8 kills and 6 digs. Dulincia Keener added 7 points, 8 assists and 3 blocks, while Logan Gardner had 7 points and 20 digs.

Kalebra Duke had 6 kills and 5 blocks, with Jerrica Green contributing 5 kills and 2 blocks. Kenya Green had 5 points and 8 assists.
