Liberty-Eylau opened District 16-3A volleyball action with a straight set victory over Atlanta Friday in the Rader Dome.

The host Lady Leopards won 28-26, 25-19, 25-17.

Jana Williams served a game-high 10 points for L-E (20-6, 1-0). Raven Smith had 11 kills, Kannisha Pree 10 kills and Jatoya Arnold 9 kills. Arnold added 6 blocks.

The Leopards also got 25 assists from Fallon Wahlstrom.
