Pleasant Grove has had a lot of success in district play, and that trend continued Tuesday as the Lady Hawks hosted Atlanta in District 16-3A play.

The Hawks’ defense played solid, the offense grabbed the momentum in all three games, and PG remain tied for first in league play with a 25-16, 25-20, 25-17 sweep of the Lady Rabbs.

“Our goal is to take it one game at a time, and we are doing that,” Pleasant Grove coach Jenny Coon said. “We’re excited about our start and feeling good about what we’ve done. We need to keep working on the things we’ve got to fix.”
