JOHNTOWN, Texas—Radenta Edwards booted a 23-yard field goal with no time left on the clock rallying Clarksville to a 30-28 victory over Rivercrest Friday night at Rebel Stadium.

Clarksville snapped a 3-game losing streak and evened its District 12-2A record at 1-1. The Tigers are 2-3 overall. Rivercrest is 2-3 and 0-2.

Rivercrest’s Seton Hawkins scored on a 7-yard pass from Eric Cannon with 37 seconds left in the game to put the Rebels up 28-27 after the 2-point conversion pass failed.
