TYLER, Texas—Texarkana College placed seventh in an 11-team field in Monday’s UT Tyler Fall Invitational golf tournament at the Cascades Country Club.

The Bulldogs finished the morning round at 303 and in fifth place, only five shots out of second. TC shot 310 in the afternoon round to finish at 613, one shot behind Hill Community College.

The host team and Lon Morris Community College finished in a tie for first at 580, with UT Tyler claiming the victory in a playoff. Rhodes College was third at 583, followed by Mississippi Gulf Coast CC at 606, Mississippi College 608...
