MENA, Ark.—Jamario Ervin scored five touchdowns in the first half and De Queen retained a share of second place in 7-4A Friday night by outlasting Mena, 62-28.

Ervin plunged over from the 1 with 2:21 left in the first quarter to make it 13-0. Quarterback Zack Taylor had scored earlier on a 1-yard run. Ervin also scored on a 93-yard kickoff return in the final seconds of the opening period after Mena had cut it to 13-7.
