LINDEN, Texas—Linden-Kildare faces perhaps its toughest opponent of the season Friday night when Daingerfield visits Jack Hetherington Field.

Both teams are 1-0 in District 17-2A after L-K picked up its first win of the season by beating Queen City, 29-9, on the road last Friday.

In that game, Greg Gaston rushed for 99 yards, including TDs of 2 and 27 yards. Colton Watson had a 67-yard scoring run and RaShonderick Lindwood scored from 25 yards out.

Gaston also had a 2-point conversion run and Kenneth Harrison passed to Xavier Allen for two more.
