The secondary trio played a key role in holding Wildcats quarterback Tyrick Rollison to minimal yardage until the final quarte. Rumors persisted that the Tigers were in trouble after they absorbed a 41-7 drubbing from Longview in the District 13-4A opener, and that last week’s foe, pass-happy Sulphur Springs, would add to their woes. It didn’t happen.
