LITTLE ROCK—Arkansas High’s Billy Blair came from behind Tuesday to capture his second state title of his career at the Rebsamen Tennis Center.

Blair dropped the first set in the championship match against Marion’s Fredrick Harris, but the senior Razorback rallied back to win the match, 6-7 (4-7), 6-1, 7-5. Blair also won a state championship during his sophomore season in 2006.
