EDITOR’S NOTE: It is the responsibility of the winning team to submit completed forms to the Gazette sports department before 5 p.m. the day after the game is played in order for it to appear in the next edition. All games reported late will appear in the following day’s edition if the forms are completed correctly. All information must be written legibly or printed and must include first and last names from both teams if applicable. Omission of one or more first names from either team will result in omission of the game report in the newspaper.
