SE OKLAHOMA FOOTBALL: Broken Bow drops Poteau
BROKEN BOW, Okla.—The Broken Bow Savages remained unbeaten Friday night, defeating Poteau, 27-12.
The No. 2 ranked Savages (8-0) jumped out to a 20-6 halftime advantage. D.J. Butler scored the games first touchdown on a 3-yard run late in the first quarter. Poteau’s Tim Branch evened the score with a 1-yard plunge, but the Savages responded with 14 consecutive points.
