WALDRON, Ark.—Nashville’s Pierre Vaughn lit up the airways, passing for 404 yards and six touchdowns as the unbeaten Scrappers pummeled Waldron, 52-13, Friday in District 7-4A action.

Nashville, Class 4A’s top-ranked team, improves to 8-0 overall and 5-0 in district while Waldron dips to 1-7, 1-4.

Vaughn was on target Friday, completing 19 of 27 passes. Two of his touchdowns went to Montrel Wright, covering 53 and 58 yards as the Scrappers opened a 35-0 halftime cushion.
