ATV RIDE: The Caswells Red River Sand Drag ATV ride, sponsored by Texarkana Elks Lodge 2771, is scheduled Nov. 15-16, starting at 8 a.m. each day.

Fee is $10 per per person per day. Camp sites will be available for tents or campers and licensed fishing will be allowed. To reach the site, take 549 South to Fouke, exit 16, then 71 South to 134, turn left to Miller Country 8, turn right for 4.5 miles and look for signs.
