No matter how Texas High fares in the Region II-4A team tennis tournament today and Saturday in Grapevine, Tigers coach John Watson is more than satisfied with the season.

“I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this year’s team and its competitiveness,” Watson said. “As a coaching staff, we were more than a little concerned about our prospects this fall. To me, our 19-3 record as a team is one of the best we’ve ever had.”
