REDWATER, Texas—Hooks coach Elizabeth Tankersley said her team had never lost a final fifth game this year, but she had to be a little concerned in their volleyball playoff match Saturday against Paul Pewitt at Dragons’ Gym.

The match was a playoff for third place as the teams had tied with 9-5 records in District 12-2A during the regular season behind Prairiland and Redwater.
