Josh Turley still has his senior season to build on an already-sparkling baseball career at Texas High, but Wednesday he took a step toward the future after high school.

Turley was one of three left-handed pitchers signed to national letters of intent by Baylor University, winning his signature from four other Division I-A programs.

“I’m thrilled to be going to Baylor; I couldn’t be more excited,” said Turley. “I can’t wait to get there and get started next spring.”
