WHITEHOUSE, Texas—Nathan Sorenson was up for the challenge. It seems he always is.

Sorenson appears to be at his best when the opposing quarterback draws most of the accolades as did Whitehouse’s Brady Attaway coming into Friday’s Regioin II-4A bi-district game with the Tigers at Wildcat Stadium.

But Attaway, who ranks in the top 10 all-time in the state in several passing categories, was upstaged by Sorenson, who ran for a career-high 200 yards and two touchdowns and passed for 259 yards and two more scores in Texas High’s 49-13 rout.
