Pleasant Grove earned five superlative awards, and Liberty-Eylau’s Jatoya Arnold took most valuable player honors from the District 16-3A volleyball season as selected by the coaches.

Lady Hawks’ Haley Cox was honored as the most valuable hitter, Carly Coopwood earned most valuable setter and Molly Minton won the co-most valuable libero along with New Boston’s Molly Kate Echols. Tiffany Hunnicutt from Pleasant Grove was selected as newcomer of the year, and first-year PG coach Jenny Coon won coach of the year.
