PEP RALLY: The Texas High School student council will host a community pep rally at 6 p.m. today as part of the pre-game celebration for Saturday’s area football game between the Tigers and Hewitt Midway.

The event will be held behind the high school cafeteria with free hot dogs and drinks served to all attending. Advanced tickets will remain on sale from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. today at the TISD administration building. Tickets are priced at $7 for adults and $4 for students, who can purchase tickets during lunch today. All tickets are $8 at the gate.
