WEST MEMPHIS, Ark.—Apparently the third time isn’t the charm for the Arkansas High Razorbacks.

After knocking out West Memphis in the previous two Class 6A state playoffs en route to two state football championships, the Razorbacks fell to the Blue Devils Friday night at Hamilton-Shultz Stadium in a quarterfinal matchup, 33-7.

AHS finishes the season with a 5-7 record.

Arkansas High played the No. 1 team in the state, West Memphis, close for three quarters, but the Blue Devils pulled away in the final period.
