AVINGER, Texas—Chapel Hill’s boys and James Bowie’s girls won their respective titles Saturday at the Avinger/Dr Pepper Invitational basketball tournament.

The Red Devils edged the host Indians, 67-63, in the boys final, and the Lady Pirates handed McLeod a 58-48 loss in the girls championship game.
